Do you have a physical store location?

We do not have a physical store location at the moment, however for all our customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) of Canada can come pick up their orders to avoid costs of shipping and for any styling/bridal consultations. Do you accept Cash or Interac E-Transfers?

Yes, for all our pick up orders in the GTA only you can easily bring cash or within Canada Interac E-Transfer us the payments. All payments must be made in full before the delivery of the product to ensure that your size is put on hold.

If something is sold out, can I still place an order?

It depends on if the collection is being discontinued or still active. Please reach out to us and we will provide guidance accordingly. You never know we may already be restocking :)

Does Hutti Maison do Exchanges and/or Returns?

Exchanges for shoes; are possible if the shoe has not been worn yet and its condition. You have 5 days to exchange the size for the same style. Exchanges to a different size are not allowed as per Hutti Maison Company policy.

Exchanges for Jewelry; as per Hutti Maison company policy and due to hygienic reasons there is no exchange and return for any jewelry pieces.

As per Hutti Maison company policy, we do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.

Sizing, I need help, What should I do?

A great way to measure your foot size is to draw it on a piece of paper and measure the distance between your big toe and your heel in cms. Then follow the above chart under the section length of foot and order your size.
