Jewelry

We value our customers tremendously and we are happy to set up appointments for jewelry consultations at out Oakville, Ontario, Canada pickup location, via video call. As per Hutti Maison company policy and due to hygienic reasons there is no exchange and return for any jewelry pieces.

Shoes

To avoid any inconvenience for our valued customers, we use standard US and EUR shoe sizes to help you pick the perfect size. Our products are made of natural genuine leather that expands up to a half size, molding into the perfect shape for your feet. Size Exchange

We offer exchange in case there is a size issue and the shoes have not been worn yet. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies the Hutti Maison within 5 days of receiving shoes. For exchanges, you can reach out to us directly at the above mentioned coordinates or you set up an appointment at out pickup location in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
No exchange in size for color or design. Exchanges will only be for the same design but different size only.
As per Hutti Maison company policy, we do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
